Instanatural Peppermint and Lemon Essential Oils

My mother has been known as "the woo-woo doctor". This endearing nickname came from her love of, and mixology skills, using essential oils. She is quick to provide a tincture for anything that ails you. If she hears anyone talking about a discomfort or personal issue she always has a suggestion and can often be heard saying "I have an oil for that". I'm not judging here, I love oils too. I have learned to come to her for suggestions of what oils can be used for what. Instanatural gave me an opportunity to test two of their essential oils, Peppermint and Lemon. So I jumped right on it and started to experiment for myself.

These oils come in giant 4 oz. bottles. I have always seen essential oils come in tiny vials so I was pleasantly surprised to receive these huge bottles with droppers to dispense the oil. Oils can be expensive, but to get these large bottles for only $19.97 is literally unheard of. It is a great deal that cannot be beat. The aroma for both oils is extremely potent. You can smell them without even opening the dropper. I love the smell of oils so this is good for me and it makes me happy to smell the oils when I walk in my house. One thing that is great about essential oils is the infinite amount of uses they provide. These oils can be used for aromatherapy, skincare, household cleaning, and much much more.

Instanatural Peppermint Essential Oil is 100% pure steam-distilled Peppermint extracted from the Mentha Piperita herb leaves.  It is a hybrid mint, a cross between watermint and spearmint. Peppermint Essential Oil provides a cooling sensation and has a calming effect on the body, which can relieve sore muscles and headaches when applied topically. I have been using Peppermint Essential Oil for many years to cure chronic headaches. I simply put one drop in a glass of water to curb headaches. It can also be helpful to rub Peppermint on the temples when I feel a headache coming on. Peppermint also has antimicrobial properties that will help with bad breath and digestive issues. Always dilute the oil, it is essential. One tiny drop in a glass of water is plenty. Peppermint Essential Oil can also be used with a diffuser to revitalize and energize the mind.

Instanatural Lemon Essential Oil is 100% pure cold-pressed Lemon extracted from the rinds of lemon. This cold-pressed oil has a strong bright lemon scent that is both refreshing and uplifting. Its astringent and purifying properties also make it a great aid to cleanse and tone the skin, while delivering a boost of Vitamin C antioxidant benefits. As a facial toner, I put several drops of Lemon Essential Oil into a store bought bottle of Witch Hazel. The result is a citrusy toner that feels and smells great. I also love using Lemon Oil in household cleaning. I put a few drops in my toilet paper rolls and cannot explain how nice it is to always have a fresh smelling bathroom.

These are both wonderful oils that I use on daily basis.  I cannot wait to try this Lavender Essential Oil next. Visit Instanatural to learn more and purchase the oils for yourself. It is worth it and is the best price I have ever seen for bottles so big (now I'm repeating myself…I'll stop it there).
